Understanding the Impact of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya
Introduction
Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) are a chain of alternative schools set up by the Government of India to provide quality education to children from remote areas and from economically weaker sections of the society. The JNVs are established in rural areas and are managed by the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS).
